Nova is correct you don't want to heat it in the microwave. Also you don't want to leave it in your scalp as you will clog your hair follicles. You can put more on your hair mid shaft or ends if you want AFTER you wash it out.

I swear by Coconut oil,I don't use drug store products in my hair. Not only that but my hair smells pretty and it's super soft after drying
