Hi, uhm, I'm not here to piss people off or anything. But this is sick.. When I was 13 (last year) I was raped and I ended up pregnant. When the man found out, he beat the living hell out of me and almost killed me. But I wanted to have that baby girl more than anything, whether she was supposed to happen or not. She was the love of my life. If you really don't want to your baby, someone out there will. Give him/her up for adoption. But I guarantee after you lose that baby, you'll question everything and you'll feel like a huge piece of shit. Though I didn't abort my daughter or miscarry her on purpose, I still feel like a shitty mum. I blame myself everyday for her death. Think about your guy's future before you kill your baby...

it was hard to read this article knowing there are inevitably those who for whatever unfortunate reason will opt for D.I.Y. instead of doing the (more) healthful thing and seeking medical assistance. But, it's a great article for 2 reasons... A) Read it and tell me it doesn't CLEARLY lay out the big NO NO's of pregnancy for those women who are trying to do quite the opposite of the apparent intention of the article, aka give birth to a healthy baby 9 months after conception. In my opinion this is phenomenally better in presentation for a pregnant woman because it highlights (oppositely) exactly what each "method"/risk each food presents to a pregnancy... B) It shows quite clearly the abundance of methods out there for abortion and the need for medically assisted and LEGAL abortion clinics. I do wish you'd highlighted just a bit more so the fact that induced miscarriage IS abortion... there's not a difference... Despite being pro choice, there is no doubt that the physical, emotional, and spiritual toll of Abortion is vast, and chances are, it WILL have a life long effect on most women. Its the inherent unfairness of life and sex and sexuality for women.

Omg I'm 100% pro choice but any young girls reading this please know eating cheese and shellfoid will not cause a miscarriage and don't hurt yourself. Go to someone you can trust, a doctor or one of the many schemes in the article. This is such an irresponsible article. So when these suggestions failnd these girls are way beyond abortion their situation is a million times harder. It gets better girls. Go and get proper help.

This is BS. There are tons of people out there that want babies and they can not have them. There are many programs out There that can help you with your pregnancy and the hard decisions that come with it. Keep in mind you can really hurt yourself by aborting your own baby. and by the way this is murder. There's people out there that can not have babies that will take this precious life for you. No reason to take the babies life because you made a mistake. And by the way it is called protection. Birth control and condoms. They are both easy ways to avoid pregnancy. And if you got yourself pregnant and don't want the baby keep in mind there are millions of people out there that would be happy to have that baby. Adoption is better than murder.

I am horrified that this showed up on my suggested reads. I would LOVE to adopt an innocent little baby while my husband and I also try via surrogate.. any time now ????. My husband is Pakistani and I am Caucasian/French and to be honest, we would be more comfortable adopting a child that could pass as ours.. just to avoid all of the questions, identity issue or feeling of not belonging for child as he or she grows up, etc. But we would consider any baby.
