Ingredients
1 avocado chopped and pitted | 3 tsp dried parsley |
1/4 cup non-fat Greek yogurt | 2 tsp dried chives |
2 tbsp Mayonnaise | 1 tsp onion powder |
2 tbsp lemon juice | 1/2 tsp paprika |
2 tbsp white vinegar | 1/4 tsp kosher salt |
1 small minced clove garlic | Black pepper for seasoning |
2 tsp dried dill | 1 1/2 c of low fat buttermilk |

Instructions
Add all of the ingredients into a blender excluding the buttermilk and blend for about 5 to 10 seconds so that the dressing achieves a semi-smooth consistency.
Now add a small amount of Buttermilk to it until it becomes just the way you want.
Tips
- If this dressing is kept in an air-tight container, it will remain fresh for 4 to 5 days.
