Combine pudding mix and milk in a medium sized bowl and mix them well.
Combine condensed milk and cream cheese in another bowl and mix until you get a smooth mixture.
Fold all the whipped cream over the mixture of cream cheese and condensed milk and add it to your pudding mixture. Stir until you get a mixture of smooth consistency.

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Now line 2 baking sheets of parchment paper.
Sift baking soda, baking powder, salt and flower in a bowl.
Combine sour cream and mashed bananas in a separate bowl.
Beat both the sugars and butter using a mixer at medium-high speed for 3 minutes or till you get a creamy and pale mixture. Add in ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract and egg to the mixture and continue beating. Add in flour and the banana mixture to it slowly and keep beating.
Transfer the batter into any pastry bag with a ¼ inch plain tip. Pipe the batter in the baking sheets in 1 ¼ inch rounds and keep them 1 ½ inches apart.
Place the sheets in the oven and bake till the edges become golden or for about 15 minutes.
Slide the parchment paper on wire racks and let them cool.
