Wow, will I always knew curd was healthy, it is good to know that having an entire 100 ml pack of curd every day is not going to make me obese. I bring one pack of 200g of Gowardhan curd and finish it in 2 days. The curd is so rich and creamy it just melts in your mouth beautifully, it’s a weakness and what could be better than to have comfort food that is so healthy.
