I have been having burnings after sex and also itches. Is it an std or what? What should I do

I have no pain during intercourse, or after. It's the next day that I feel a slightly pressure type of pain at the end of peeing and it feels uncomfortable. I have no idea why

the other day after I had sex with my partner, my vagina was really sore it stings and there's a burning sensation whenever I will urinate. and I noticed some blood in the end of my urination and it hurt so much.
