Yes you can still have a period and be pregnant. When I was pregnant with my daughter who is now 4 years old I had a regular flow like a regular period and I was getting it in time every month. I felt my body changing so I got checked. I was 22 weeks and 4 days and was still getting a regular flow period. So I would yes u can still have a period & not even know. I think it depends on the person. Same thing also happened with my sister she had a heavy flow on every month on time for 13 weeks.
