@ coralie allan : hi there, I don't have a lot of experience myself but my mother is on 7.5mg every night as she has severe insomnia and it is the ONLY thing that works for her. GOOD LUCK getting a prescription though- if they agree you0 will have to do psychiatric evaluations etc Hope you find what you are looking for

I tried Dormicum 15mg last night for my insomnia. I have night waking insomnia and usually need to take some kind of benzo at 2am to get me through the rest of the night. I got Dormicum from a local pharmacy in Kenya and when I read up about it I realised it was more powerful than other benzos. I therefore took one tab at midnight and had a deep and blissful 6 hour sleep. I don't know any other benzo that will do that. Zopiclon (a non benzo) gives a good night but I wake feeling hung over. Other benzos I have tried give max 4 hours - but I am still learning. I have a little effect from the Dormicum today. Lack of alertness mainly and a bit of wooziness. Thoughts? Advice?

Hi, I am on Dormicon 15mg now for the last 5 years and is the only sleeping tablet that provides me with 7hour sleep and no side effects.

I need help please. I will be going to the Dentist next week Friday and I am PETRIFIED of them. The will be extracting a molar (big tooth) and I am seriously so scared! They prescribed Dormicum to calm me and make sure that I will survive this procedure. Will this work? Will I be so out of it that I would survive this? I am really very scared.

I need to have a good nights sleep - i have the 7.5 tab. Is it safe to take a whole pill or should only take half?
