My chorda tympani nerve (runs from brain through the inner ear to the tongue and controls taste) has been damaged due to numerous ear infections. Often times I experience a salty taste on the right side of my mouth. Am hoping to see a neurologist soon to see if anything can be done to correct this condition as it causes a lot of anxiety.

I know an Ukrainian girl living in Italy obsessed by salty lips. I don't see her case here . could you please help her?
