One natural option that worked for me is honey and few drops of lemon by spoon. Few times a day. I have also tried crushed black pepper seeds, but this is a recipe that would benefit only for people who have a very specific taste :) My husband doesn't like the taste of black pepper, so it's a no-go for him. I also tried one trick - wrap you neck in moist towel (vinegar and water) and then put it around your neck, over that dry towel. Leave it overnight, in the morning the dry cough is gone!
