A few years ago I went to LA for some training and needed to do very delicate soldering work on sound equipment, but one morning when I woke up, my left eye could not open as a result of yellow puss because of some unknown infection. When I sent for breakfast I saw plenty of small sachets with honey and for some reason I took a few with me and when I got to the training center, I put some honey in my eye, which initially burnt quite a bit. Afterwards I sould at least carry on with the soldering task. At about midday I added more honey to my eye and again at dinner time. On the second day after applying honey to my eye, it really looked and felt much better and on the third day, my eye was back to normal and healthy. On a few occasions I shared the remedy with close friends of mine, who also got remarkable results. Honey is a natural healing agent for many health problems. :-)

Wonderful site you have here but I was curious if you knew of any community forums that cover the same topics talked about in this article? I'd really love to be a part of community where I can get opinions from other experienced people that share the same interest. If you have any recommendations, please let me know. Thanks a lot!

"4 Cold Eye Bath This particular home remedy can be done to strengthen the eyes. It also helps in restoring the natural expression and sparkle to the eyes. For this, fill a basin or sink with cold water and dip your face in it, blink eyes for around 5 seconds. Remove face from the sink and repeat the whole process three or four times." It sounds lovely & refreshing, but I'd re-think this recommendation - do you know how many pathogens reside in a sink? There are ones we shed when washing our hands, after brushing our teeth, there is fecal matter "sprayed" after every flush, and even if you have just cleaned the sink, do you really want to introduce those chemicals into the tender tissue of the eyeball, whose optic nerve can transmit these items into the brain?
