I just quitted in Oct 24th, 2015 after eleven years. Hopefully, I never go back. For those people still smoking, believe me it is a great feeling every morning when you wake up and you feel no more exotic intake in your body. Everything will change, you will feel better, because your workout will improve, feeling healthy again, no bad smell, no more smoking breaks, taste better, and breath better.

Hello, I've quitted smoking two months ago, I.e. 26/10/15 after smoking for 21 years! But I'm still feeling pains on my fingers and also some little anxiety, but the anxiety reduces not like before... But as per the remaining symptoms like headache insomia and the rest of them wasn't experienced yet, pls can someone tell me am I going to experience it later, or I'm lucky I by pass it? Oh I'm really really struggling. I have been trying to quit for months . Now I have to. I'm having surgery and the Dr won't do it a long as I smoke. I need some help on how 6I get thru this . I'm diabetic do I can't suck on hard candy or suckers to stop and the sugar free ones still have tons of carbs which is sugar so that I can't do either . Will gladly except any advice with this .

I quit three days ago and I fill real good. I do not caught in the morning any more but it is hard. So I color or eat sweets or just do things to get my mind off it. This is helping me. It also helps me eat better cause I am very small. Good luck to every on that try's to quit.

I went 3 days with ought a cigaret then like a idiot went back smoking now this is my second attempt the other time and this time both used Nicolette patch but gives me bad dreams so I take it of when I'm sleeping but put back in in the morning Iv had 5 cigarets only today hopfully tomorow the same I mean I want to quite but no cigaret at all I get moody and bored any suggestions
