How can you stop period once it begins? The sad news is that you can't stop it once it starts, but you certainly try ways to make it end sooner.

Well I have had my period from I was 9 years old and I had stop it by drinking Apple Cedar Vinegar...right now I can stop it again by drinking a different remedy that helps so much,I had drank Vinegar and Lime/Lemon in water and it really works...I have never tried Ibuprofen but I would try it and see what the results will look like...

Hi! Am 14 years old I started my periods on Sunday and Wednesday I have to go for a sleepover at my friends house and Thursday I have to go to a pool with my friends and pads are so annoying

Swimming on your period isnt bad in fact I think it might be one of those 'urban myths' everyone thinks are true I tried swimming whilst on my period and NOTHING happened it actually made it stop completely!!!!! Like baths I this the water actually stops the blood but this might be different for others

I agree completely pads are annoying but maybe try using extra long pads they really work use them with hot oats it is like u are not wearing a pad
