Hi! Thanks for the useful information regarding the 3 days military diet. I was able to try it out and here's my 2 cents. Well, first, my sister's wedding is coming up next month so I figured, I needed to lose 10 pounds to look extra nice. This diet seemed doable - the food selection was inexpensive, no extra cooking preparation, nothing fancy since I'm quite busy. Also, it's only for a short duration and then (supposedly) I can see some results. First day was uneventful. I did the diet quite well and it was a breeze. However, the 2nd day was difficult. I have hunger pangs and I was feeling irritable. One of my besties told me to drink plenty of water to hydrate myself, which I did. We also did some light walking to clear my mind and help my metabolism. I was also able to replace some food (like hotdogs) with healthier options such as lean chicken. At the end of the diet, I lost 6 pounds, which wasn't bad. I plan to do the diet every week to see if I can still lose more weight. Thanks for your article, it greatly helped.
