Try taking a shower whilst tipsy (not dead drunk),,,not sustainable but results are amazing.

Hi guys,i have had this problem for over 2 years now.As soon as i get out of the shower,it starts itching so bad that i have to get my mum or sister to itch my back, shoulders and arms for me because its unbearable. It drives crazy.i have tried changing so many things but nothing helped. But i have figured out is.its the warm water and the dampened towels. 1.dont shower with warm water, try to shower with a little cold water. 2.make sure the bathroom exhaust fan is on. 3.always use a fresh towel. 4.as soon as u finish ur shower, immidiately drink 2 glass of cold water to put ur body temperature down if u having a warm shower in summers. 5.drink 8 literes of water everyday. 6.try to cut down on products high on yeast. I wasted money going to diff dermatologists, they dont do shit. Hope this is helpful for yous and fix ur problem.

My wife and I have experienced severe itching after taking a shower, after we fitted a solar geyser at our home. The solar geyser we fitted, supplied warm solar heated water to our electric geyser thus reducing our electricity usage. This itching started soon after fitting the solar geyser, we then disconnected the solar geyser and flushed out the electric geyser and only heated the water from the electric geyser to shower and the problem has disappeared. I suspect that there was either some impurities in the solar geyser or that solar heated water does not agree with some types of skin.

Hi: My name is Cal. I suffered from Aquagenic Pruritus for several years. I've tried antihistamines, etc. With little of no relief. Then I read about a guy who, (by older his mother's suggestion) started taking Cod Liver Oil capsules. My first thought was "Old wives tale" right? But I was desperate enough to try anything once. I had been taking "Reactine" for a couple of years with "some" relief. But not complete by an means. I started taking Cod Liver Oil capsules (.73 gr daily) I really didn't expect it to work at all, but I decided to give it a try. After one month the itching was dramatically reduced. After 2 months it was almost completely gone. So much so that you would hardly notice it was even there. I've been taking Cod Liver Oil capsules for 3 1/2 months now and I have literally no itching anymore. I don't know why it works. Maybe the oils seep out the skin and give protection or something. What I do know is everything the many doctors gave me didn't do squat. The Cod Liver Oil capsules are like a miracle to me. I don't know what would happen if I stopped taking them, so I intend to continue taking them daily for the foreseeable future. Think about it. What do you have to loose. And they're cheap to buy. Mom always said Cod Liver Oil was good for me. I guess I should have listened. By the way there's not bad taste in the capsule form. Good luck!
