I'm surprised obesity hasent come up as a cause. I suffered from this every night and only after loosing 4 stone , did it stop. I've now put 2 stone back on and I'm suffering from numbness every morning again. So I feel, the fact that it stops after weight loss, being obese or overweight also causes this. I don't have carpal tunnel syndrome
