feeling heat while Im feeling the pain under my ribs

The heat you may be feeling, while feeling pain, could be plain old anxiety. I am not a doctor or nurse, but do suffer with night sweats and some of the medications I take also bring on what I jokingly call Hot flashes. Any women who have suffered with hot flashes are not anyway funny but perhaps, this may be your issue. Just taking a shot in the dark. Anxiety or meds. Who knows.

Just started having extreme pain on the back part of my upper left side. I've never had this pain before. It comes and goes through the day but it's definitely a horrible pain.

I have been having extreme pain under my ribs on the left side, eating makes it even worse and it is hard to get comfortable as it increases when lying down, coughing or breathing. Can anyone help me?

Hi Im having pains in several different places over the chest cage. But sometimes after the there is a typical pain occur in the middle of left lung. It's been days since it's happening. What that could be?

Have a ct done to see if you have gallstones! I went through hida scan.colonoscopy,endiscope I saw 2 surgerons and all told me IBS! I got so sick I was throwing up after eating and finally my doctor told me it was in my head. Symptoms did not fit gallstones and the hida scan said my gall bladder was working at 85%. He told me he would take out gallbladder but didn't feel I needed it. I spent thousands and saw several doctors. It kept getting worse and lost 15 lbs in a month. I asked if there was any other tests to do and got a simple ct scan(the one in the doughnut scan not the tunnel) and as soon as I got home was told to go to er immediatly. I had emergence surgery and had 26 stones one was blocking bile duct and turning it black. And it was 2 cm in size. I would have died if I was not been persistant. Sorry for spelling. This may not be what you have but be vigalant with your own health. I would have been dead! It cost me even with insurance over $20 grand and now I am broke but alive.

It's possible for your gallbladder to show up ok on the scans and such and you to be sick. That is really scary I have been talking to my doctor for the last year and he won't listen regarding the symptoms. I have told him it comes and goes he chalks it up to my meds causing problems. I am thinking I should ask for a 22nd opinion after reading these posts. The pain under my left rub and radiating into my back. To the point it's hard to breathe.

Hi, My name is Anita I have had this pain right under my left breast,I cant hardly wear a bra cause the pain is so severe this has been going on since 2009 it came on all of a sudden,I've been to several different doctors had my gall bladder out still have the pain and had several ct scans done over the years and just recently had one last month and the scans don't show anything I've been to 2 surgeons,stomach doctor no one can tell me what it is i haven't had a MRI yet that is my next step and the only thing that will releave the pain is if i lay down for a while .IT just feels like something is constantly poking me.

Hi,I am having pain under my left rib since 10years.I dont know what is the reason for this pain.I cant breathe,eat,laugh or cough.The pain is horrible.I have consulted many doctors .Some said it is due to muscle pressing but i dont get the exact meaning of it.can you give me suggestions

pain in left side side under ribs before this pain is usually accur in morning after 15 minutes later this pain suffering is reduced . i check up the doctors but there is no stones in my kidneys plese suggest why this is happening to me
