Shoulder blade pain may occur for a number of reasons, ranging from overuse to serious conditions. Do some compress or stretching may relieve the pain.

Hi I also have this pain others talk about I can take hug breaths and doest hurt.its under my shoulder Blade on the right,,it will take you down to the ground ..i am not sure eather..I was in a motor cycle accendent November 17 year 2015,,and iv been to all kinds of dr emgs to exrays cat scane, my neck is messed up ..this pain in my back right side under blade hurts most the time . they dont say anything but bulled mes cler//any words . i havet hurt here before accedent . my sternm was fractured ,,But say nothin about the 1 thing i keep asking about ..martie

I've had persistent pain underneath my left shoulder blade for 4 years since breaking the right side of my collar bone clean in half, in a road accident. It started off as a rare occurrence, but in the last few months has suddenly gotten a lot worse. My collarbone healed shorter and more sloped than my healthy shoulder, and I believe it's the reason for my back pain. My shoulder blades are not symmetrical, and I find lying flat on my front with my arms by my side is one of the only ways to relive it. I wish I had had surgery to realign my shoulders but I was too young at the time. If you have had or end up having a shoulder injury, watch out for back pain, and be sure to mention any injuries if you visit the doctor.

Today, I suddenly felt pain behind and under my left shoulder. I can feel the pain only when I move my arm or shoulder, any little movememt can trigger this.. This problem started 10 minutes ago, I searched it on google and eventually got here!
