How do you "think" in adult ego rather than child ego state. In other words thinking as a mature adult rather than being stuck in adolecent thinking?

The topic its has not explain a lot on what a brain is ,function and parts but its oky.

The brain is a myth it actually the brain functions all happen in the heart area. The brain is put into humans when they die to confuse us of our loved ones...
