It is difficult to identify the symptoms of burning mouth syndrome by yourself. It is therefore important that the slightest discomfort be discussed with your dentist at clinics such as Dentzz. It could start with canker sores or ulcers in the mouth, which would lead the person to believe that the burning sensation in the mouth is due to the ulcer or the sore. However, doctors would generally look for sores, redness or swelling in the mouth. The pain would lead to the person feeling a lot of discomfort, irritation and burning. The possible probable reasons for this syndrome could be tension, depression, stress, fatigue, food habits, etc. Certain relieving agents could include sleep, cold food or drinks, or even a distraction. I think that roof mouth blisters come when one's resistance is low. Take immune boosters and I tried putting some coconut oil mixed with tumeric powder. Also take it internally . It did help a bit.

If I eat something like chips or toast, once in a while I get a blood blister on the roof of my mouth. I recently got one, it wouldn't pop, it started to spread to the soft palate and toward my throat. It finally popped. It has been 5 days and it will not heal, it is SO painful. I have been using hydrogen peroxide and will try baking soda. Curious if you have heard of this happening often and if you have any other suggestions. What about essential oils? I use doterra and it suggests orange essential oil in water.
