I wasn't very well and was in hospital the first week before I was addmited to hospital I didn't eat anything then whilst in hospital for 3 weeks no food I went from 10stone 11 pound to 8.0 when leaving hospital I ate nothing but cereal that's all I could manage my stomach had swollen and I could hardly walk too weak but I took me over two years to get back to 9.10 and now I'm fasting for 10 days to lose the 10lbs when I stRt eating again I'm only going to eat the amount of calories it takes to say 9stone and not over eat it's hard to fast but as long as u don't over eat when u finished your fast u shouldn't put weight bk on

This started a few days ago for me. I hadn't eaten at all last Thursday, and on Friday, I only ate once the entire day. (Which was breakfast) It is now Saturday, and whenever I try to eat, I can only take a few bites. (Remember, it's been two days since I've eaten now) And it's becoming a harder, (slowly) to stand up, (that includes getting up for school) Walk at a fast pace. My dad said he's noticed how I haven't been eating. And gave me a Goody-powder (if you don't know what they are, Google search it) to subside the pain in my stomach. It's worked so far. And I've been able to eat a little more than I have been.
