Yes.... I have them. They are called fordyce spots and are very common and harmless. However, I used to struggle with dryness and chafing down there until I started using a penis health creme. This creme keeps my skin moisturized and soft 24/7... my girlfriend loves it. Keep these cremes in mind. -

I am having these weird bumps on my scrotum…personally think this is MC, painless, if you press or clamp it hard enough…soft white substances will come out and small-ball-like penile syringoma IN my shaft.
