Most people have a car ask this question: Why is my car overheating? An overheating car can be caused by many problems. You coolant, fan or thermostat can all go wrong!

I have a 98 forester that over heated on me the day after I'd driven it 500 miles. Took it to a garage and they told me it could be leaking into a cylinder , or there could be a partial blockage somewhere,or it sucked air in and is now air locked . I put a new radiator,water pump,and thermostat in and all new antifreeze -
I HAVE A 2008 PONTIAC GRAND PRIX. WE HAVE DONE ALOT OF WORK TO IT LAST WEEK. NEW BATTERY, ALTENATOR GOOD, STARTER GOOD, NEW WATER PUMP, NEW THERMOSTAT. ITS STILL OVERHEATING. WHAT ELSE CAN WE DO?

I have a 2007 Pontiac g6 and it overheating, check radiator , water pump, hoses. Thermostat, and fans, but still overheating. Anything else that could be check?

I took my car for an oil change and a couple of days later I noticed that the car heats up (drive a few blocks and the gauge on the thermostat is in the middle) and its only 18-21C outside. This was not happening before. Any ideas on what the guy could have done to cause my car to overheat?

We were driving and the car felt like the back breaks were locking up and then it'll jerk right after. the radiator hose had a whole in it so we replaced it but it still overheats. Does anyone know what this is?

I had all these things happen and I replaced everything only to find out it was a hose connected to the water pump that went ba, a $20 fix and I spent $200 on parts I didn't need to replace.

Nissan are saying that having 2 phones and a gps charging in my car are why the car is overheating! Anyone got any views as I feel they're trying to get out of the warranty. Thanks
