Nothing beats hot summer days better than frozen cocktails. The blended cocktails given here are just the relief to the heat. Using ice or ice-cream and fresh fruits, you can choose different flavors as well as popular drinks like Margarita, Daiquiri and Pina Colada. Some of them are non-alcoholic drinks so that everyone can enjoy.
Margarita
Ingredients

Tequila | 3 ounces |
Lime juice, freshly squeezed | 2 ounces |
Simple syrup | 1 ounce |
Orange liqueur | 1 teaspoon |
Lime-salt-sugar | 1 tablespoon |
Ice cubes | As you like |
Directions
Blend lime, salt and sugar in a blender or food chopper to prepare lime-salt-sugar.
Put ice in a cocktail shaker and pour tequila, lime juice, simple syrup and orange liqueur in it.
Shake about 30 seconds till it is properly mixed and chilled.
Take lime-salt-sugar in a plate and press the rim of glass on it.
Strain the margarita in the glass and serve.
Virgin Strawberry Daiquiri
Ingredients

Strawberries, hulled | 2 large |
Lemon-lime soda | ¾ cup |
White sugar | ¼ cup |
Lemon juice | 1 tablespoon |
Ice cubes | 4 |
Directions
Blend the strawberries, soda, sugar and lemon juice in a blender.
Add the ice and blend further till smooth.
Serve in a fancy glass.
Frozen Piña Colada

Pineapple juice | 6 ounces |
Coconut cream | 1 ½ ounces |
Heavy cream | 1 ounce |

Directions
Blend the ingredients with 2 ice cubes till smooth.
Serve in a Hurricane glass and garnish with cherry and pineapple wedge.
Sangria Sorbet
Ingredients
Ingredients | Amount |
Orange slices | 8 |
Lemon slices | 8 |
Granny Smith Apple, chopped | 1 cup |
Pineapple wedges | 8 |
Agave nectar | 6 ounces |
Seedless red grapes | 12-14 large |
Orange juice | 8 ounces |
Brandy | 4 ounces |
Burgundy or Cabernet Sauvignon wine | 750 ml bottle |
Directions
In a bowl, mix 4 orange and lemon slices, 4 pineapple wedges and agave nectar.
Muddle the fruits lightly and add the wine, orange juice and brandy.
Add remaining fruits to the sangria and transfer the mixture in a cake pan.
Freeze overnight after covering with plastic wrap.
Spoon the frozen sangria in chilled glasses and garnish with fruits.
Frozen Green Tea and Moonshine Cocktail

Green tea moonshine | 2 ounces |
Green tea syrup | 2 ounces |
Cucumber Thai basil juice | 2 ounces |
Fresh lime juice | 1.5 ounces |
Shaved ice | As required |
Directions
Take all the ingredients in a glass full of ice and mix well. Keep aside.
Fill another pint glass with shaved ice and create a channel using a big straw.
Strain the drink in the channel in the shaved ice and garnish with slice of cucumber.

Directions

Directions
Blend lime juice, mint leaves and simple syrup till properly combined.
Add white rum and ice and then blend till it becomes frothy.
Serve in rock glasses and garnish with mint sprigs.
Kiwi Mango Frozen Cocktail
Directions
Take a highball glass and fill it with ice.
Add mint leave and vodka, top with nectar or juice.
Stir well and serve.
Frozen Banana Rum Cocktails
Directions
Make Banana ice cream using ice cream making machine.
Mix this banana ice cream with rum and cream of coconut in a large pitcher.
Pour in glasses and garnish with dusted cinnamon powder.
