White Sauce with Garlic

Directions
Heat olive oil for a minute in heavy bottomed pan and sauté onions and carrots till the onions turn translucent.
Add tomatoes and garlic, and then cook uncovered for 30-45 minutes until sauce slightly reduces.
In a skillet, brown the ground meat in little oil and keep aside.
Puree the tomato sauce till smooth in a food processor and put back in pan along with brown meat, stock, wine and herbs, and then simmer for 1 hour.
Season with salt and sugar and serve hot.

Directions
Add the pine nuts in a small frying pan in a low heat. Cook until the nuts become golden.
