Directionos
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add the onion and garlic.
Cook till onion turns golden, and then add the ketchup, 1 cup of water, vinegar, brown sugar, steak sauce, Worcestershire sauce, molasses, celery seed and 1 teaspoon salt.
Bring the mixture to boil, simmer for 15 minutes and add the liquid smoke.
Strain and use.
