Balsamic Roast Pork Tenderloins

  1. The oven should be preheated to 500 degrees F.

  2. Take a very sharp knife and trim connective tissue or silver skin from the tenderloins      

  3. Take a non-stick cookie sheet and put the tenderloins on it. Rub balsamic vinegar into the meat.  Coat with olive oil. Cut small slits on the meat and put cracked cloves of garlic into the meat. Mix coarse salt and pepper or steak seasoning with thyme and rosemary, and then rub the mixture into the meat.

  4. Roast the meat in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.

  5. Let the meat cool down and then slice and serve.

Roast Pork and Potatoes Recipe

  1. Mix the first 6 ingredients together in a large bowl. Add ½ cup of water and stand for 3-4 minutes.

  2. Take a roasting pan, grease it and place the roast on it with fat side up. Add the remaining water in the roasting pan. Mix onions and potatoes and place around the roast in the pan. Coat the seasoning mixture on the vegetables and roast.

  3. Cook or bake without covering in an oven at 325 degree F for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Occasionally stir the potatoes. Before slicing, let the roast stand for 10 minutes.

Pork Roast with Apple Mustard Glaze

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F. And the pork should be taken out of the refrigerator at least 45 minutes before roasting so that it comes to room temperature.

  2. Put the roast on a baking dish with fat side up. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the roast. Put in a preheated oven and roast for around 1 hour.

  3. Heat a sauce pan over medium high heat. Put the apple juice, and then boil it to decrease it by half or for about 10 minutes. Mix the soy sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and brown mustard into it and let it simmer until it gets thickened or for 5-7 minutes. Now the glaze is ready.
